This foundations course is required for anyone new to CrossFit. This course consists of five classes. The first four are one-on-one personal training, in each, you will learn about the foundational movements of CrossFit. One of our coaches will arrange the sessions with you to match your schedule so you can get started with CrossFit right away. The fifth is one of our regular CrossFit classes with your own personal coach shadowing you. Our absolute highest priority is making sure you learn and execute all movements safely and efficiently. You can be confident we will not push you to the next exercise until we make sure you are ready. You’ll never need to worry about the risk of serious injury because we will teach you every proper movement and lift before we increase intensity or add weight.
Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.
Whether you’re a beginner or a professional, this class is designed to help you move more efficiently in the Olympic lifts: Clean and Jerk and Snatch. Runs 3x per week and is a planned-out, six-week program for $150. On Saturday mornings, we open it up to anyone who wants to just lift.

Build strength, coordination, balance and flexibility in our Gymnastics class! If you want to build your core, there’s no better (or more exhilarating) way to do it than with gymnastics. Holding yourself upside down, flipping, using rings and bars and all the other fun things we do in class will help you gain the superhuman strength gymnasts are famous for.
Who says adults get to have all the fun? CrossFit Kids teaches children ages 5-12 the principles of mechanics, consistency and intensity in working out. Establishing good movements and fitness through childhood and adolescence is our goal. CrossFit Kids provides children with physical literacy, enhanced sports performance, and fewer sports injuries. Also, scientific research proves that exercise benefits cognitive function. So your little athlete will do better on the field and the classroom.
